What Happens to Your Website
When you request a refund:
- Your website will be taken offline immediately or within 24 hours
- Your subdomain will become available for others to use
- Your uploaded images and generated content will be deleted within 30 days
- Your account and any associated data will be removed

If there's a technical issue with your website that we cannot resolve, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
