Cancel Anytime
No contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation fees
Our Promise
DineHere is a simple subscription with no contracts and no lock-in. You can cancel whenever you like — there's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, directly from your account — no phone call and no explanation required. Common reasons include:
- You've changed your mind about having a website
- Your business circumstances have changed
- You've decided to go in a different direction
- You only needed the website for a season
When you cancel, your subscription is set to end at the close of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
How to Cancel
Open your restaurant's Subscription page and choose Cancel subscription. That's it. If you'd prefer, you can also email us:

What Happens When You Cancel
- Your website stays live until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- After the period ends, your website goes offline
- Your menu, content, and design are saved — re-subscribe any time to bring your website straight back online
Refunds
Because there's no contract and you can cancel anytime, we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods — instead, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. The website preview is always free, so you can see exactly what you're getting before you ever subscribe.
If there's a technical issue with your website that we cannot resolve, please contact us — we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Domain Names
If you registered a domain name through us, it's billed yearly and renews automatically. You can cancel the renewal anytime from your Subscription page — it stays active until the end of the year you've paid for, then simply won't renew.
The initial domain registration is non-refundable. When you register a domain, the fee is paid straight to the domain registry on your behalf and can't be reversed — so please double-check the spelling before you buy. The domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Connecting a domain you already own is free and has nothing extra to cancel.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a website, without refund, in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
- Abuse of our service or systems
